NOVEMBER 27, 2004 - WALL TOWNSHIP SPEEDWAY
TURKEY DERBY XXXI - TOUR-TYPE MODIFIEDS
On Thanksgiving weekend in November 2004, Wall Township Speedway held its 31st edition of the annual Turkey Derby, headlined by the pavement tour-type modifieds that run on the NASCAR Modified Tour. Local favorite John Blewett III set fast-time in time trials and would start the 125-lap feature event in the 10th position after an invert.
APRIL 9, 2005 - GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY - 358 MODIFIEDS
On April 9th, 2005, Grandview Speedway opened it's 43rd consecutive season of racing with a NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series 40-lap feature event for speedway's own small-block dirt modified division. It was a wild one.
